Illinois Supreme Court 2019 Criminal Cases: Year in Review
Please join Illinois Appellate Court Justice Joseph Birkett (Second District); Illinois Appellate Court Justice James Epstein (retired, First District); Leah Bendik, Illinois Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Appeals Division; and Shawn O’Toole, Deputy State Appellate Defender, Office of the State Appellate Defender, for a panel discussion of significant criminal cases decided by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2019.

MCLE: Participants in Chicago will earn 1.5 hours of MCLE credit from the ALA. Participants in Wheaton will earn 1.5 hours of MCLE credit from the DCBA. Both the ALA and the DCBA are approved MCLE providers.
Cost: Free for members of the ALA or the DCBA or the CCBA, and $25 for those who are not members of any of the three sponsoring organizations. Please remember to bring your own lunch to this event. Beverages will be provided.
