Cost: $40 for public-sector members of the Appellate Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Seventh Circuit Bar Association; $50 for private-sector members of the aforementioned associations; $55 for public-sector nonmembers; and $65 for private-sector nonmembers.
