David K. Overstreet. Both Candidates are presently Justices on the Fifth Judicial District of the Illinois Appellate Court. Moderators will be Dennis J. Orsey, President of the Illinois State Bar Association, and John Fitzgerald, President of the Appellate Lawyers Association.
