Attend our Illinois Supreme Court Year in Review: Criminal event for a discussion of the most significant criminal cases of 2020. Our panel will feature Justice Joseph Birkett of the Illinois Appellate Court; Retired Justice James Epstein of the Illinois Appellate Court; Illinois Assistant Attorney General Leah Bendik; and Deputy State Appellate Defender Shawn O’Toole.
